Ship and maintain features on a global luxury real estate platform serving ~300 shops and 5,000+ advisors, owning React / Next.js / MobX frontend work, including an App Router migration of account and preview surfaces.
Built an AI-assisted development workflow with Claude Code: custom instruction files and skills for ticket writing, PR drafting, PR review, and agentic ticket execution.
Led research and design for an AI natural-language property search: a phased architecture and cost-projection plan, with a Bedrock model comparison recommending Claude Haiku.
Earned Local Logic's Best Neighborhood Page award by implementing their SDK to surface significantly richer neighborhood data.
Migrated the legacy CENTRIS feed to an API-driven feed and refactored addendum logic against the Constellation Listings SDK, modernizing the primary MLS data pipeline.

Built and maintained a Medicare web app (a Rails backend with a React / Next.js / Redux / TypeScript frontend) and led a TypeScript migration that strengthened type safety and reduced runtime errors.
Designed REST and GraphQL APIs in Rails to integrate external partner data, building the schemas, resolvers, and models that powered plan recommendation and enrollment flows.
Extended database schemas for new features, authored data backfill and maintenance scripts, and validated integrity against AWS S3 sources using SSM Parameter Store for secrets.
Onboarded and mentored teammates across the React, Rails, and TypeScript stack.
